Reiki is a Universal Life Force energy that allows for flow between emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. This life force energy flows through you for YOU and all things can benefit from this energy. Animals as well as humans can achieve a higher sense of peace throughout all aspects of their being
I can really feel their energy and they are so intuitive. They are such spiritual beings and communicate with their own language.
I’ve been studying birds and iguanas and spirit animals and turtles and all the different animals. And each one needs a little bit different approach based on their personality. Just imagine, intuitively and lovingly, stepping into and sharing an energy field with all kinds of creatures and animals !
Animal Reiki will heighten your own spiritual awareness and your own place in creation. And it’s a very, very, very beautiful way for somebody to move up in their own personal ladder to their own silo of that potential. It’s so healing for ourselves, the quietude that it takes. It’s one of the few things in life where we’re so used to taking from the animals that’s all we do as humans we take from them. We take their land we take them as food, we take their skins, we take take take. Let’s learn to give.
Anyone with an interest in healing and who works – or lives with- animals, will benefit from learning reiki.
Hi, I’m Melissa, CEO of Healing Wheel Holistic and Retreats.
Professionally, I am a Certified Complementary Alternative Holistic Practitioner, with an emphasis in Holistic Nutrition. I have certifications, degrees and diplomas in Integration Life Coaching, Registered Karuna Reiki Master, Fitness, Nutritional Intuitive Arts and am a Animal Reiki Master Teacher.

I host all kinds of Integrative Wellness Retreats, such as Yoga, and Energy Medicine. I am available for client appointments as well.
I have been blessed with great mentors in the Health and Wellness, and Energy Medicine field. Great influencers like, Jack Lalanne, Jethro Kloss, Michio Kushi, Dr Joe Dispenza, Albert Einstein, Ivan Antic, Dr Bruce Lipton, and an array of Quantum Physicists and Energy Medicine practitioners. My goal is to provide people (and animals) with tools to live their best lives.
I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a Holistic Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Practitioner. Thus the “Healing Wheel.”

Inspired by the ingredients that make this one of the world’s five Blue Zones, our Costa Rican chef designs vegetarian focused meals that burst with flavor and texture. Get a chance to taste your way through the possibilities on offer. We believe in honoring the land through connecting closer to source in all ways. Buffet style, we encourage you to take what you need knowing you can always return for more.
Breakfasts in our front restaurant and dinners may be served in the main building, our tiki bar and poolside lounge, or up at the restaurant. Let us surprise you!
Anytime you need more nourishment, blend yourself a smoothie from local fruits and greens and nutritious add-ins. Grab a snack – never know what we may conjure up.

The Cost
The Animal Reiki 1/2 Training Thursday and Friday
You can choose to stay overnight at Con Smania CR before or after class. These beautiful grounds and unique casitas are perfect for deep introspection, reset, and integration.
$499 for Animal Reiki 1/2 Training and Certification

Due to the special nature of this gathering, your fee is non-refundable. Con Smania CR is to be held harmless for any actions taken during your stay. You will be asked to complete a personal, medical and release form prior to your participation.
