A three-year healing journey, guided by trust and intuition, brought Jill back to Costa Rica in January of 2022. This was an opportunity to begin facilitator training in breathwork, at a rustic retreat venue right on the ocean, and the chance to get answers to her internal inquiry:

“How do I combine my very techy and robotic brain
with my deep spiritual self in my work?”

A request to accompany a friend who was looking for a property brought her to the Hotel Flying Crocodile and the answer was instantly available. Clearly seeing the potential for creating a safe and sacred space for client visits, she realized opening a retreat center based on the same principles that had always guided her work – support for entrepreneurs on a mission – was the next step.

Stephanie Ann Ball is the founder of the Illuminate Your Legacy Academy – a wellness education company for creative leaders that champions operating with excellence while prioritizing sustainable self-care. Her background in the arts gives her a unique perspective for helping ambitious high achievers strategically build sustainable systems for achieving their goals faster than ever, increasing their bottom line, and finding more fulfillment in life. Stephanie’s signature system, the L.I.G.H.T.S. Formula helps them implement a specific set of tools so they can sharpen their skills in mission driven productivity, time management, and interpersonal communication.
As a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy, and MERⓇ, and over fifteen years’ as a music educator, Stephanie’s experience gives her a teaching style an approach to high performance that is not often found in the industry. As an active professional opera singer, she has performed for thousands across the country and at prestigious venues such as the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. She has given workshops to several notable organizations, including Philadelphia Works, University of Michigan, and Temple University. Her engagements always leave her audiences feeling motivated and inspired with practical tools and tactics they can apply to see immediate results.
