The Google Doc is created in such a way that you can use automation to create a version for each contract needed. If you are unfamiliar with this, I offer a consultation for setup.
- Yellow highlights the details that will be unique to each contract.
- Blue highlights the details that are for your venue and will likely stay the same each time, so you can simply replace them.
- Lavender highlights the areas that are unique to our venue and services provided and will need to be replaced.
